Job summary

Dragos is seeking a senior-level Technical Product Manager to join the Delivery team, responsible for how the Dragos Platform is packaged, released, and delivered across every form factor it ships in, including artifacts for on-premises appliance, Dragos-hosted cloud, customer-hosted cloud, and hybrid deployments.

This role owns the release architecture and communication strategy for Major, Minor, and Patch releases, maintains relationships with Microsoft, AWS, and Google that underpin each

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with release or platform delivery experience.
• Fluent with cloud providers Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Experience managing multi-form factor releases (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
• Proven ability to write clear docs, release notes, and reference architectures.
• Able to plan, sequence, and execute release schedules with engineering leads.
• Collaborates with Product Marketing, Support, and Customer Success on releases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional alignment.
• Know-how of packaging, distribution, and appliance imaging.

Responsibilities

• Draft and publish release documentation for Delivery and Cloud Services teams.
• Maintain relationships with Microsoft, AWS, and Google for cloud offerings.
• Publish release notes for Major, Minor, and Patch releases.
• Coordinate release mechanisms to make artifacts publicly available.
• Develop internal release architectures and track execution with leads.
• Coordinate reference architecture updates with Product Marketing.
• Engage with customers to validate use cases and gather deployment feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set requirements and trade-offs for engineering.
