Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for our Chicago, IL office.

You will maximize product value, own the backlog, and collaborate with Product Owners, Systems Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Platform Architects to drive features and epics for multiple Scrum teams. In this onsite role, you will decide release dates and content, communicate plans to stakeholders, and represent customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience in software product management and data analytics is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product value and manage multiple scrum teams.
• Own product backlog and prioritize by business value.
• Define acceptance criteria and release content with stakeholders.
• Communicate backlog priorities and product vision to teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Systems Eng., and Data & Analytics teams.
• Serve as the decision-maker for product features and roadmap.
• Engage directly with customers to represent their needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet timelines.
