We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Technical Product Manager to partner with business and technology teams to build and deliver scalable technology solutions for managing various Medicare/Medicaid plans and benefits across various platforms. You will own a product, platform, or major capability within our Insurance Products and Benefits portfolio, define the product vision, strategy, and the roadmap while driving execution from concept through value creation & delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong product management practices with technical acumen, enabling them to translate business needs into technology solutions, and drive cross‑functional teams toward delivering measurable business outcomes.
Works with relevant Humana stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage product iteration backlogs. Ensures final products meet technology and Humana standards and deliver maximum value to end-users, influence department’s strategy. make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Work is performed with minimal direction.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
