Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science or related field.
• Experience translating customer needs into innovative and detailed product requirements for online and mobile products/services.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through launch readiness and go-live phases.
• Serve as the technical SME for the EC2 service with deep architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the EC2 service, with a deep understanding of its underlying architecture, features, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights, define product strategy, and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Act as a technical advocate for customers and collaborate with sales and professional services on complex engagements.
• Develop understanding of the broader AWS ecosystem and EC2 integration with other AWS services.
• Plan and execute successful product launches, driving adoption and customer satisfaction.
