Job summary

ComPsych Corporation seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the Databricks-based data platform and its API layer end-to-end. You will balance data governance, security, and go-to-market needs while partnering with Data Engineering, Compliance, and Sales to define scalable data products and external APIs for internal and external customers.

This role requires deep experience shipping external-facing APIs, building developer experiences, and aligning data strategy with business

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management focused on dataplatf orm, data infrastructure, or API products.
• Direct experience with a modern data warehouse or lakehouse (Databricks preferred; Snowflake/BigQuery welcome).
• Experience shipping an API as an external-facing product with documentation, onboarding, versioning, and external support.
• Ability to read pipelines/architecture and write product briefs for business or client stakeholders.
• Strong data governance: data quality, lineage, access control, and sensitive data tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to bridge technical, compliance, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Databricks-based data platform and its API layer.
• Define data products, not just data sets.
• Productize the API layer for internal and external consumers.
• Own the external developer experience.
• Shape how external access is packaged and governed.
• Partner deeply with Data Engineering and Architecture.
• Own governance and access tradeoffs for sensitive data, internally and externally.
• Use AI to move faster on your own workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
