Columbia Bank seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the technical product strategy and lifecycle across internal banking platforms. You will translate business needs into product requirements, guide architecture, and partner with IT and Operations to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

You will lead discovery, define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and mentor others while balancing regulatory urgency with customer impact.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into product requirements.
• Work with Agile teams and manage backlogs.
• Experience with UAT and release planning in banking/regulatory environments.
• Understand enterprise systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead sprint planning, dependency management, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with architects to design scalable architectures.
• Mentor junior team members and liaise with stakeholders.
