Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee strategic product management for assigned technical product lines within the Enterprise organization.

You will align vision with stakeholders, shape outcome-based roadmaps, manage backlogs and drive faster time-to-market while working with agile teams. You will analyze performance metrics, define success measures, and collaborate with engineers on product architecture, AWS services, APIs, and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Technical product management experience.
• Expertise in interdependencies among product model system elements to improve performance.
• Understanding of product architecture and economics of technical investments.
• Research into target customers via personas, story maps, and mapping experiences.
• Strong collaboration with software engineers to execute product vision and roadmap.
• Knowledge of AWS, APIs, integration patterns and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, Generative AI, NLP and intelligent automation.
• Understanding of authentication technologies, MFA, identity verification, and fraud detection.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, CRM, knowledge management systems, and enterprise support operations.

Responsibilities

• Aligns the strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape outcome-based product roadmap and success measures.
• Drives product development with ownership of backlog and faster time to market.
• Manages engagement for the SDLC, including adoption and collaboration across enterprise users.
• Develops, analyzes, and reports performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Uses performance metrics to drive progress on strategies and initiatives.
• Leverages OKRs to drive roadmap priorities.
