Qualifications

• Experience with system modernization and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the long-term vision and roadmap of the scientific platform stack.
• Gather requirements from scientific experts and translate them for development teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI/ML models for molecular analysis.
• Drive change management to ensure smooth adoption of new applications.
• Act as primary liaison with external software vendors and executive leadership.
• Engage with international teams and travel occasionally to Germany, the USA, and India.
