Velotic in Portland, ME is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the roadmap for a major product area. You will translate the product vision into an executable backlog and drive delivery with engineering teams, including distributed and consultant-augmented staff.
You will collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quality, and Support to align priorities and outcomes, owning delivery accountability and ensuring software ships on schedule.

The Senior Technical Product Manager owns the roadmap and delivery for a significant product area. Working from the product vision set by Product Management, the Senior TPM translates that vision into an executable roadmap and backlog and drives delivery with engineering teams, including distributed and consultant-augmented teams. This is a senior individual contributor role accountable for delivering working software on predictable cadences within the area they own.
The product area has a clear, prioritized roadmap and backlog that stakeholders trust. The teams deliver predictably, with dependencies managed and blockers cleared. Distributed and consultant contributors to the area are productive and aligned. The Senior TPM operates independently - decisions get made without escalation by default. The Senior TPM is the trusted owner for their area - software ships and quality holds.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $120,000-150,000. The salary range reflects a good‑faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus.
