  • Lead projects through product discovery, research, experimentation, usability testing, and the launch of iterative product improvements
  • Champion user needs, pain points, and business opportunities across the organization to develop high-functioning features and products
  • Work collaboratively to craft and execute on a strong product vision, and share the progress through written and verbal communication across all levels of leadership
  • Manage the rollout of new products, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on priorities and timelines, and track their adoption and impact
  • Constantly seek out opportunities to increase personal and team efficiency and effectiveness in a dynamic environment
  • Travel to Pittsburgh may be occasionally required for key team meetings
What you'll bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management; bonus points for experience in digital media and news
  • A proven track record of driving ideas from concept to execution, with increasing complexity
  • Experience writing technical reports and documentation and/or background in software engineering
  • Systems troubleshooting, bug identification, test‑plan execution, and documentation related to system baselines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate a creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders and internal teams
  • Power to influence others and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
  • A degree in a relevant academic discipline (science/engineering, visual or experiential design, journalism, or equivalent professional experience)

Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000.
