Job summary

Pyramid Pharma Services, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Senior Technical Product Lead to drive product and project leadership within our biotech contract manufacturing organization.

You will guide programs from facility fit assessments through technology transfer, validation, and commercial manufacturing, interfacing with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced on-site environment. Together with the MS&T group, you will manage proposals, develop risk analyses, oversee tech transfer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years in biotech/pharma manufacturing operations, aseptic operations and drug product manufacturing experience required.
• 5 years in project management in biotech/pharma/CMO settings.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and compliance.
• Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing process data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to drive project success.
• Fast-paced contract manufacturing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal writing and review.
• Conduct facility fit assessments (risk analyses, FMEA, impact evaluation).
• Oversee technology transfer between development and manufacturing; translate reports to batch records and SOPs.
• Provide hands-on manufacturing process training during technology transfer.
• Develop and lead process improvement projects; implement GMP planning systems.
• Oversee lifecycle management of clinical and commercial programs with comprehensive project plans.
• Serve as primary client liaison and technical interface between internal teams and client partners.
• Author and manage change control for internal and client projects.
• Drive operational excellence with Manufacturing through process improvements.
