Job summary

This on-site role covers initial facility fit assessments, technology transfer, client interaction, process improvements, validation, and commercial manufacturing. The position requires experience in biotech/pharma manufacturing, GMP compliance, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to proposal writing and review.
• Oversee technology transfer activities between development and manufacturing; translate development reports into batch records and SOPs.
• Provide hands-on manufacturing process training as part of technology transfer.
• Develop and lead process improvement projects; implement GMP planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring high-quality contract manufacturing services; interface between internal teams and client partners.
• Support root cause investigations and CAPA implementation; manage change control for internal and client-related projects.
