Job summary

Riot Games seeks a Senior Technical Producer to lead production for a complex technical product, spanning multiple teams. You will partner with Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and product partners to shape direction, own the delivery system, and set a long-term vision for your area.

You will be the named owner for delivery, readiness, escalation, and post-launch outcomes under the Senior Manager of Technical Production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering/IT.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Technical Producer, TPM, PM, or Development Manager on medium to large teams.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time across multiple efforts.
• Experience applying Agile and Lean at scale with adaptable processes.
• Broad understanding of technical systems across multiple areas, with tradeoff analysis.
• Experience defining product strategy, success metrics, and roadmap priorities for technical platforms or internal tools.
• Experience owning launch and operational readiness for services in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakdown and execution of multi-month work across teams.
• Partner to develop technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own the execution system: prioritization flow, ETA predictability, production rhythm.
• Own backlog and phase-based production plans.
• Define and track outcomes using operator, developer, and service signals.
• Own rollout, day-0 quality, QA partnership, postmortem improvements.
• Create business framing: ROI, forecasting, funding asks, vendor/cost optimization.
• Align teams with divergent goals and coach on conflict resolution.
• Drive difficult tradeoffs with technical leaders and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify and remove blockers, manage risk in new/problem spaces.
• Craft and present a longer-horizon vision for your area in high-profile forums.
