Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years developing technical, policy, procedural, or executive-level documentation in a professional environment.
• Federal government experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise policies, procedures, reports, briefings, decision memoranda, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate complex technical and administrative information into clear, audience-appropriate content.
• Gather and validate information through document review and consultation with subject-matter experts.
• Apply established templates, editorial standards, and document-control procedures.
• Coordinate reviews and incorporate comments from NCCIH leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform quality-control reviews for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and completeness.
• Support development of Section 508-compliant communications in coordination with NCCIH's 508 Compliance Team.
• Maintain current drafts and approved materials in designated NCCIH repositories.
