Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
- 3+ years of technical experience in software, networks, IT, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics.
- Experience taking a product from conception to market and delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products.
- Experience delivering software products with agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical SME for the EC2 service, with a deep understanding of its architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to gather customer insights, define strategy, and prioritize the roadmap.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product specifications and align across the organization.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback for enhancements and innovation.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Advocate for customer needs to the product development team.
- Develop understanding of the AWS ecosystem and EC2 integration with other services.
- Provide technical guidance to sales and professional services for complex engagements.
- Plan and execute successful product launches to drive adoption and satisfaction.
