Job summary

ValidaTek, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives for the CIO and directorate. This role manages strategy, portfolio planning, and cloud/data initiatives to ensure alignment with mission priorities.

The ideal candidate combines IT portfolio management, enterprise strategy, cybersecurity, and communications with senior government executives. Requires TS/SCI and PMP credentials.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• Active PMP certification.
• Experience in DoDI 8140 workforce elements across IT/cyberspace, cybersecurity, software engineering, data/AI.
• Brief CIO and CISO on agency-wide actions.
• Experience leading teams in government/private-sector networking and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful execution of enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and align enterprise IT strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
• Ensure IT initiatives align with mission, priorities, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Develop and maintain enterprise IT architecture.
• Oversee cloud computing strategy and enterprise data strategy.
• Establish governance for enterprise IT portfolios.
• Create portfolio structures, reporting, and communication practices.
• Optimize allocation of enterprise IT resources.
• Analyze program dependencies and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Brief senior leadership on strategic initiatives and priorities.
