Job summary

ValidaTek, Inc. in Linthicum Heights, MD, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for the CODE organization and provide senior-level leadership and oversight of contractor activities.

The Task Lead will coordinate contractor personnel, facilitate Government and Contractor communications, and ensure program activities are planned, executed, monitored, and documented, with a strong IT leadership and cybersecurity focus.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligibility) required.
• PMP certification required.
• 5+ years IT leadership experience with accountability.
• 5+ years IT strategic planning experience.
• 5+ years IT workforce planning experience.
• 5+ years IT budgeting experience.
• 5+ years IT investment management experience.
• 5+ years information security and privacy experience.
• 5+ years supporting digital equity and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of contractor personnel and activities.
• Serve as primary liaison between Government and Contractor leadership.
• Maintain processes for tracking requirements, activities, deliverables, and performance.
• Ensure contractor activities follow the PWS and contractual requirements.
• Support Government financial and business processes.
• Make timely decisions on behalf of the Contractor in response to Government needs.
• Identify and communicate contractual, programmatic, and resource issues.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC).
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Coordinate security audits and validate effectiveness of controls.
• Coordinate cross-team activities and manage dependencies.
• Lead response during major cybersecurity incidents (detection, containment, recovery).
• Oversee selection and management of third-party security vendors.
• Ensure technology acquisitions meet security requirements.
• Promote a security-first culture with security training.
