Job summary

RAVE Aerospace is seeking a senior technical project manager to plan and oversee connectivity projects across internal teams and suppliers. You will define annual System SW Release plans, track milestones, and manage risks.

You will lead multi-team planning, drive risk mitigation, maintain documentation, and optimize tools. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 6–10 years of PM experience are required; strong negotiation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years experience in technical project management or related field.
• Knowledge of electronic systems: boards, mechanical parts, cables, software.
• Knowledge of complex software systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop System SW Release planning for the overall product on an annual basis.
• Lead project planning for connectivity projects; oversee execution and resolve issues.
• Own risk assessments and deliverable tracking for assigned projects; resolve complex issues independently.
• Facilitate design reviews and resolve technical challenges collaboratively.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation; proactively adjust schedules as needed.
• Lead risk identification efforts; execute complex mitigation plans.
• Optimize project management tool usage for team efficiency; train others on advanced features.
• Lead resource planning for medium projects; resolve allocation conflicts.
