Job summary

RAVE Aerospace is seeking a Systems Engineer - Connectivity Sustaining to bridge Customer Support with Engineering and Manufacturing for IFC/SATCOM products. You will drive incident resolution, coordinate root-cause analyses, and guide sustaining activities across hardware, software, and manufacturing test processes.

The role demands 9+ years in systems or reliability engineering, 3+ years in technical leadership, and deep avionics knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years in systems, sustaining, test, or reliability engineering with aerospace focus.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role guiding sustaining activities.
• Experience with avionics, SATCOM, or IFC systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Customer Support and Engineering/Manufacturing for IFC/SATCOM issues.
• Analyze field and production problems and prioritize sustaining activities.
• Collaborate to define ATP, Product Verification, Manufacturing Test philosophies.
• Lead investigations with suppliers on component and subsystem failures.
• Drive continuous improvement across software, hardware, and system quality.
