Job summary

Onsharp is a Fargo-based software development company seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex custom software initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and quality outcomes while maintaining margin. You will be the primary client-facing leader, drive requirements with stakeholders, coordinate architects, developers, and QA, and mentor other PMs.

A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in tech project delivery are expected; PMP or Agile certifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
8+ years of experience managing client-facing technology or software projects.
PMP certification preferred; Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead complex custom software development projects from initiation through delivery.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and budgets.
Elicit and clarify business and functional requirements with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of objectives, architecture, and execution.
Own scope, budget, risk management, and change control; escalate as needed.
Serve as primary client contact and report on progress, finances, and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and translate needs into clear requirements.
