Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the banking platform at the core of our future fintech stack. You’ll drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from discovery and architecture to release and post‑launch optimization—working with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Treasury, and Risk.

You’ll need 5–10 years in financial infrastructure product roles, deep API and SQL skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a technical field.
• 5–10 years product experience with financial infrastructure.
• Ability to own end-to-end platform lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the banking platform roadmap from discovery to launch.
• Lead make-vs-buy decisions and vendor diligence.
• Shape account and ledger model, posting rules, and GL integration.
• Define money movement requirements including transfers, ACH, settlement.
• Ensure auditable systems with reporting and controls.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Treasury stakeholders.
• Plan migration and cutover activities.
