Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead Accounting Central, an automation and data platform that aims to eliminate manual accounting procedures and mitigate financial reporting risks.

You will own the product vision at the intersection of enterprise software, AI, and accounting operations, aligning with global stakeholders and driving the future of Amazon's financial statement reporting platform.

Qualifications

8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with end to end product delivery.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Accounting Central.
Influence architecture decisions and define product requirements for AI-driven development and improved user experience.
Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, PM, UX, and accounting stakeholders at scale.
Define and track success metrics and KPIs with data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and progress to VP-level leadership and stakeholders.
