Job summary

Hoplite Solutions LLC seeks a highly experienced Technical Operator to support mission-facing cyber and technical operations across complex network environments. You will guide blended operational solutions and oversee testing and validation of capabilities while coordinating mission planning and partner collaboration. TS/SCI with polygraph, a Bachelor's degree, and 20 years in a relevant field are required to effectively address strategic gaps and priority mission needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with substantial experience requested
• Strong written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to oversee complex technical projects and teams
• Experience coordinating with mission partners and leaders
• Knowledge of penetration testing, defensive methodologies and incident response
• Experience managing external partners' technical development efforts
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as mission requires

Responsibilities

• Define and shape blended operations with leadership to address strategic capability gaps
• Guide teams developing operational solutions to complex technical challenges
• Provide insight on network analysis across networks to identify enabling technologies
• Build and maintain relationships with mission partners and stakeholders
• Oversee technical development efforts by external partners outside the organization
• Collaborate with client officers to direct and support cyber operations
• Support engineering, vulnerability research, and network models tied to mission success
