TechGuard Security is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst for strategy and policy support, focusing on international engagement planning and campaign strategies across geographic combatant commands and cyberspace missions.

The role requires extensive military operations experience, DoD planning knowledge, and a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a HS diploma is required.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience supporting military operations.
• 5+ years of international engagement, security cooperation, or building partner capacity.
• Experience with Joint planning and DoD joint planning doctrines and processes.
• Experience writing executive summaries, orders, technical papers, and story boards for ongoing missions.
• Knowledge of geo-political and political-military aspects of international military partnerships.
• Knowledge of action officer or staff officer functions.
• TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph.
• HS Diploma or GED.

• Serve as an international engagement planning specialist.
• Focus on supporting geographic combatant command campaign strategies.
• Apply understanding of developing and advocating cyberspace plans, strategy, and policy to align with missions.
• Advise on conducting strategic, operational, and tactical planning for cyber operations, network defense, signals intelligence, information operations, space, and EW.
• Leverage expertise in military operations and all phases of planning, approval, and execution.
• Provide client leadership with situational awareness of projects.
