Job summary

Magnite is seeking a Senior Technical Operations Manager for Mobile (In-App) to own onboarding and health of mobile integrations across DV+ platforms. You will collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Engineering to resolve escalations, analyze data, and improve operational efficiency using AI-driven approaches.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, handling complex technical challenges, and driving scalable, automated workflows in a hybrid US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical role, with 2+ years specifically on mobile SDK integrations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, troubleshooting, and workflow automation.
• Genuine interest in emerging AI technologies and applying them to operational workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and drive issues to resolution.
• Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (advanced degree a plus).

This Senior Technical Operations Manager, DV+ is an individual contributor role focused on Mobile In-App on the DV+ platform, where publishers monetize omnichannel inventory — spanning display, video, native, audio, and DOOH — through sophisticated, AI-enhanced programmatic solutions. This role serves as a key cross-functional partner and primary internal escalation point, operating at the intersection of Account Management, Product, and Engineering to drive technical resolution and support our platform's evolving capabilities.

In This Role You Will

We’re Looking For Someone With

• 4+ years in a technical role, with 2+ years specifically focused on mobile SDK integrations

In the US, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 – $110,000.

Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
