Qualifications

• BS Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; MBA preferred.
• 20+ years in enterprise storage, cloud infrastructure, semiconductors, or data-center systems.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and influencing products from concept to market.
• Proven ability to engage hyperscale cloud providers, OEMs, and enterprise customers at executive levels.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, PM, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Define long-range technology and market perspectives for storage and data-center architectures.
• Translate market and customer requirements into differentiated roadmaps and value propositions.
• Advise executive leadership on investments, partnerships, and portfolio priorities.
• Represent the company at conferences, standards forums, and executive customer events.
• Develop executive content and enablement materials for sales and field teams.
