Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager to lead the threat intelligence process for the Card & Payment Ecosystem Security product function. You will develop deliverables from business needs and cyber trends, and manage a team of intelligence analysts researching threats impacting merchants and financial services.

You will also build demos, labs, and runbooks in a shared environment, and serve as a technical consultant to training partners and Sales Enablement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical marketing documenting validated designs and demos.
• Network security experience: firewalls, IDS/IPS, zero trust, cloud security concepts.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to build and automate; scripting is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting at webinars, roadshows, and conferences.
• Hands-on multi-cloud deployment and troubleshooting in AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Manage threat intelligence process supporting Card & Payment Ecosystem Security.
• Develop threat intelligence deliverables from business needs and fraud trends.
• Build demo, lab content, runbooks, and recorded demos for features.
• Serve as technical consultant to training partners and Sales Enablement.
• Produce technical comparisons for technical sellers and marketers.
• Validate demo material with pre-release builds and engineering.
• Provide feedback to PM/Engineering to shape readiness bundles and roadmap.
• Prototype candidate capabilities with AI tooling for quick testing.
• Evaluate concepts hands-on and translate findings into recommendations.
• Create repeatable demos and labs to scale with product moves.
• Travel to support Pre-Sales on advanced pursuits.
