Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• Full stack development experience
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Proven track record of building and launching products
• Experience using TypeScript, Elastic, C#, SQL Server, and AWS
• Proficiency in Continuous Delivery best practices
• Understanding AI technologies with hands-on AI experience
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to communicate to all levels
• Demonstrated loyalty to prior employers

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, project ownership, and lead teams.
• Lead software developers using modern tech stack: TypeScript, React, NodeJS, .NET Core, SQL Server, AWS.
• Coordinate projects across teams and act as player coach.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Leaders to design customer-leading applications.
• Apply quality management methods to deliver defect-free software.
• Represent Voice of the Customer in product readiness reviews
