Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- 2 years minimum of Quality Engineering experience or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, data manipulation).
- Working knowledge of SAP, Business Objects, or comparable ERP/reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and communicate recurring quality and compliance data using SAP/BO/Excel to support reviews and leadership decisions.
- Serve as divisional subject matter lead for SAP quality-related processes, system access, SharePoint administration, and digital workflow support.
- Identify and coordinate process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, strengthen compliance, and improve quality across the division.
- Support core Quality Engineering duties, audit readiness, and coordinate division-level inputs for headcount and operating budgets.
