Responsibilities

• Leads complex R&D projects related to advanced manufacturing and materials for energy applications.
• Develops and executes research strategies in additive manufacturing, welding, cladding, and digital modeling.
• Provides engineering guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Represents projects across member organizations and communicates results via reports and presentations.
• Leads proposal development and multi-organization collaborative projects.
