Qualifications

• Typically BS/BA with a minimum of 11 years’ experience.
• Leadership in multi-state contexts and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience in peacebuilding, civil society engagement, and conflict prevention.

Responsibilities

• Coach state leaders and partners on resilience and conflict mitigation approaches.
• Develop and manage partner identification, learning goals, and compliance.
• Lead coordination and partnership building with civil society leaders in various states.
