Qualifications

• PhD, postdoctoral experience, or equivalent advanced technical expertise in CS/EE/CE.
• Strong programming skills across C/C++, Rust, Python, Julia, Fortran, MATLAB/Octave, or HDL.
• Advanced proficiency with Linux and command-line environments.
• Experience mentoring, reviewing, or leading small technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 technical trainers, ensuring quality and timely task delivery.
• Review technical tasks end to end, including problem statements, codebases, HDL, datasets, and tests.
• Validate tasks in HPC, parallel computing, algorithms, and embedded systems.
• Ensure tasks reflect realistic software and electrical engineering workflows.
• Verify correctness across algorithms, numerical accuracy, memory, and timing.
• Review graders to ensure meaningful output and reproducibility.
• Onboard trainers, allocate work, monitor quality, and maintain documentation.
• Provide actionable technical feedback and track revisions.
