Job summary

BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. You will lead a team of application developers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure integration with legacy systems.

Hybrid role with 3-4 days onsite. You will coordinate with government leads, manage contracts, and guide development strategies, including AI capabilities, while maintaining progress and risk management.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership experience of 2+ years.
• At least 2 years developing and maintaining technical strategies for application development and integration, with AI enhancement.
• Education: 12+ years development work + Masters, or 14 years development work + Bachelors.
• Security+ is preferred.
• Clearance: TS/SCI, CI Poly required for consideration.
• Experience with Agile SAFe environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical strategies to ensure effective application development and integration.
• Maintain daily communication with Government leads on requirements, priorities, performance measures, program goals and milestones, and support needs.
• Oversee contract application development work and present updates to Government leads, partners, and customers; report on progress at performance improvement meetings.
• Identify opportunities to increase effectiveness, efficiency, scale, and impact, and report any risks to mission priorities.
