Job summary

Softensity Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Lead Software Engineer to guide 1-3 engineering teams while continuing to code. You will define architecture and set technical direction, driving modernization from .NET/C#/Angular toward Python/Node/React.

You will lead, mentor and grow engineers, build AI agents across the SDLC, and own quality, security, automation and production support while partnering with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
