Job summary

MTU Aero Engines North America, Inc. seeks a highly experienced Senior Technical Integration Engineer to drive technical alignment for HPC/LP turbine in GTF programs, with occasional NGSA support. Hybrid schedule offers flexible hours and strong benefits while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with Pratt & Whitney teams.

Successful candidates will have 5–12+ years in engineering leadership, travel readiness, and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5-12+ years of related engineering experience.
• 5 years of technical experience in management of high level technical challenges impacted systems and modules.
• Occasional travel required, domestic and international.
• Eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive module development and field support activities for GTF post-certification.
• Ensure content of technical reviews meets requirements and stakeholders are satisfied.
• Lead integration and closure of structural tasks and Safety Risk Assessments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate risk assessment activities and ensure mitigation is completed.
