Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking an Incident Manager to serve as a Technical Call Leader for high severity events across our satellite network. You will own the incident from declaration to resolution, coordinating engineers, operations, and customer communications to restore service quickly.

This is a leadership, not hands-on role. You will ensure the right responders are engaged, sequence work across teams, and drive post‑event reviews and improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of major incident or problem management experience for mission critical services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable call leader on high severity events from declaration through resolution.
• Assess event severity based on customer and business impact and adjust as the event evolves.
• Run the incident bridge and keep communications aligned with a single source of truth.
• Own post‑event loops with root cause analysis and learnings tracked to closure.
