The Role

At Fidelity Labs, the Technical Implementation Consultant is essential to the ongoing success and growth of our dynamic SaaS startup, Saifr. We provide innovative software solutions to financial institutions, enabling them to proactively identify and mitigate risks related to compliance, adverse media, AML, and fraud. Our mission is to empower clients with actionable insights, improve compliance, and safeguard their reputation. You will manage large volumes of data, ensuring accurate and timely uploads across different formats. You'll also develop and maintain API integrations for seamless data exchange, implement and lead SSO solutions, and coordinate data migration projects to ensure data integrity. Additionally, effective technical communication with clients and internal teams will be key to your role.

Job Description

At Fidelity Labs, the Technical Implementation Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting our SaaS platform, Saifr, by managing data integration projects, API development, and client communication to ensure successful software deployment and operation.

The Value You Deliver

• Guide customers through data formatting and ingestion processes.
• Manage various data formats, ensuring system compatibility and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain API integrations for seamless data exchange.
• Implement and lead SSO solutions using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Coordinate data migration projects, ensuring data integrity.
• Generate detailed reports for partners using BI tools.
• Leverage experience in trust and safety industry to enhance service security (preferred).
• Communicate effectively with client technical teams and internal stakeholders.

Skills

• Experience with CSV, JSON, XML data formats.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining API integrations.
• Experience with tools like Postman.
• Knowledge of SSO protocols and identity providers such as Okta, Auth0, Azure AD.
• Experience with data migration planning and execution.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data handling and automation.
• Familiarity with Prometheus.
• Ability to create custom scripts for data cleaning and system metrics interpretation.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Preferred Experience

• 2-3+ years in technical implementation or advisory roles.
