Responsibilities

Issue replication & RCA: Build lab environments to replicate customer issues and perform RCA with Eng lead.
Knowledge engineering: draft troubleshooting guides and internal resources for frontline teams.
Advanced troubleshooting: act as Tier 3 escalation for complex issues.
Quality Assurance & UAT: perform QA in diverse environments to ensure stability before rollout.
Cross-functional collaboration: work with Product, Network Operations and Engineering to influence improvements.
