  • Drive delivery of application enhancements, integrations, upgrades, reporting initiatives, automation projects, and technology transformation efforts.
  • Facilitate project planning, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and go-live activities.
  • Identify and remove project obstacles while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to managers, directors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful delivery while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives.

  • Ability to effectively engage both technical and business teams and translate between the two.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
  • Experience presenting to managers, directors, and executive leadership.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within automotive or large-scale manufacturing organizations.
  • Experience managing projects involving enterprise application integrations.
  • Experience with business process automation and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Background as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, Technical Lead, or similar role prior to moving into Project Management.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and dashboard initiatives.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related certification.
