Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Principal Technical Engineer - Citrix in Cincinnati, OH. You will design and implement tech solutions using Agile practices and lead a cross-functional team to deliver critical Citrix-based services.

The role requires extensive experience with Citrix technologies, Windows server environments, and security. You will automate, document, and mentor while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant technology field.
Eight+ years of engineering or IT experience related to the position.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfort working in a highly-collaborative environment.
Deep knowledge of modern software development practices, tools, and hardware technologies.
IT security best practices proficiency.
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions.
Expertise in Windows Server, Windows 11 Enterprise, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and certificate management.
