Qualifications

• Solid understanding of safety standards, regulatory frameworks, and quality assurance processes related to public transportation or complex infrastructure projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly in written and verbal form.
• Comfort working remotely, managing priorities independently, and using digital collaboration tools for meetings, documentation, and project tracking.
• Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Civil Engineering) or equivalent experience; prior experience in large-scale urban rail projects is an asset.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills, especially French, are beneficial for collaborating with local partners.
