Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking a senior IT operations professional to partner with the Engagement Lead and steer technical tasks across engagements. You will assist with immediate actions, SentinelOne deployment, and troubleshooting while ensuring data preservation and forensic readiness.

You will oversee recovery, remediation, backups validation, and escalation of complex issues, interfacing with client technical teams and Arete stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/technical degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in IT operations and administering IT systems.
Technical certifications such as Cisco Networking, Security+, Microsoft Server/Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Engagement Lead to manage technical tasks during an engagement.
Assist the Client with immediate actions and SentinelOne installation/troubleshooting.
Ensure data preservation steps and assist with forensic collections.
Manage infrastructure recovery/restoration and decryption/remediation efforts.
Review backup solutions and validate backups.
Escalate and resolve technical issues across the engagement lifecycle.
