Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Technical Director to lead Drinking Water Treatment operations across a diverse portfolio in the United States. The role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders to maintain safe and compliant facilities.

The position is location independent with an average travel of 50% (8-10 nights per month). A strong background in water treatment and SDWA standards is required, with data science coursework a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field required. Course work in data science/statistical methods is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SDWA requirements and industry standards for water treatment facility performance.
• Experience in project or initiative management, including planning, execution, budgeting or costing, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance across our portfolio of facilities on the operation of water treatment plants, including troubleshooting, process control and optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with facility-based operational staff, regulatory agencies, company leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with plant performance goals and regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance activities.
