Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Technical Director to lead drinking water treatment operations across the United States, bringing a strong background in water treatment, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. This role is location-independent with an average travel of 50% (8–10 nights per month).

Close to a major airport is a plus for reduced travel time. You will provide expert guidance across our portfolio of facilities, collaborating with facility staff, regulatory agencies, and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required.
• Course work in data science/statistical methods is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water treatment operations, process troubleshooting, or regulatory roles with SDWA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance across facilities on the operation of water treatment plants, troubleshooting, process control and optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder collaboration with staff, regulatory agencies, and leadership to align plant performance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance.
