Aecon U.S. is seeking a dynamic Technical Director to lead redevelopment and transition of Cyril E. King and Henry E. Rohlsen Airports in the U.S.

Virgin Islands. You’ll oversee development, design, construction, and operational readiness, guiding teams and contractors while aligning with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements. The role requires exceptional leadership, multitasking ability, and a track record delivering airports on time and within budget.

Formación

• 15+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager for airport and civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience on airport projects is required; PMP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to frequent travel or be based in USVI during project execution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership and strategic planning for airport redevelopment and ORAT readiness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, contractors, and agencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation across the lifecycle.
• Oversee design development, construction, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage stakeholders, report progress to leadership and investors, and manage contracts.
