Job summary

Vitality is seeking a Senior Technical Designer in a largely remote/hybrid setup with weekly in-person fittings in Denver, CO. You will lead technical execution from proto through production, manage specs and factory communications, and collaborate with design, product development, and overseas factories to ensure accurate, well-documented outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of technical design experience in apparel.
• Strong understanding of fit and construction in activewear or stretch garments.
• Excellent communication with factories and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with pattern adjustments and fit implications.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical execution from proto through production.
• Manage specs, fit comments, garment measurements, and technical updates.
• Translate fit direction into clear, actionable factory communication.
• Partner with design, product development, and overseas vendors.
• Review samples and identify fit/construction issues proactively.
• Maintain consistency across fit, grading, and construction standards.
• Update sketches and technical documentation as needed.
• Support weekly fit sessions and accurately track revisions.
• Build out tech packs as a team.
