Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Senior Technical Designer to lead technical execution for an assigned product area, creating and approving production-ready tech packs in PLM. You will partner with design, product management, suppliers, and factories to meet fit, construction, quality, and commercialization goals.

The role requires advanced garment construction knowledge, Illustrator and Browzwear proficiency, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in apparel manufacturing, design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of garment construction, fit, patternmaking principles, and apparel manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and advanced knowledge of Gerber, PLM, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Advanced proficiency in Browzwear or other 3D technologies preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, decision‑making, and cross‑functional partnership skills.
  • Experience mentoring or developing others and driving adoption of technical standards and processes.
