Job summary

Centric Brands seeks a Senior Technical Designer for Joe's Jeans to maintain fits, adjust specs for new fabrics, and drive the technical design process. The role reports to Senior Manager of Technical Design and oversees fit logs, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration with overseas vendors.

The ideal candidate combines garment construction knowledge, precise commenting, and proactive problem solving to deliver on-season silhouettes and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of garment construction and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Proficient knowledge of POM’s and how to accurately spec garments.
• Lead fittings with clear and accurate knowledge of history and how to execute the comments.
• Write clear and accurate comments to relay to vendors so they understand the direction.
• Collaborate with Design and corresponding teams to determine fit and priorities to meet timelines.
