Qualifications

• Degree in Technical Design, Fashion Design, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of technical design experience required.
• Deep knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Flex PLM, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the garment fit process, including live model/mannequin sessions and analysis of pattern/grading revisions.
• Collaborate with Design and PD to determine fit, aesthetics and construction.
• Create and manage detailed tech packs with measurements, tolerances and construction details in Flex PLM.
• Maintain fit standards to ensure brand consistency and quality.
• Lead fit sessions with cross-functional teams and communicate issues to factories and IBOs.
• Mentor junior designers and support cross-functional collaboration.
