Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical design, with at least 3 years focused on children’s apparel.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, grading, and fit across multiple children’s categories.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for children’s apparel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical development process from design hand-off through approval.
• Oversee the creation of tech packs, BOMs, graded specs, and construction details.
• Drive fit sessions, evaluate samples, and provide corrective feedback.
